Pulling photos and rewriting notes holds up the handover

Once the inspection is complete, you still need to match each photo to its description, arrange the findings and follow the customer's template. Starting from scratch creates another round of organising before you can deliver.

  • Images and descriptions spread across separate files
  • Unclear boundaries for a report covering several visits
  • Document versions that are hard to tell apart

From structured records to a Word document

Use completed visits as the source for your document. Generation follows the scope and Word template you select.

  1. Choose the scope

Select one or several visits. Combine visits from different jobs and sites belonging to the same customer.

  2. Select the template

Use the official English or Portuguese template, or import a Word template compatible with the supported fields.

  3. Generate and review versions

Download the generated DOCX. Generate a new version when needed while keeping earlier documents available.

In practice

Example: one handover for an initial inspection and a return visit

Illustrative scenario: a customer asks for one document covering the original findings and the inspection after remedial work.

  1. Review the customer's two completed visits.
  2. Select both in the report scope and choose the Word template.
  3. Generate the document and retain the delivered version.

The handover brings together the selected visits, with their observations and evidence.
