How seats work
Only people who create or manage records need a paid seat. Clients who receive reports, or consult them in FieldProof with the read-only viewer role, are free.
Starter, Individual and the trial are for one user. Team and Business include 5 and 15 users; additional users cost €10 per user per month and are added on request. Active and pre-authorised users count; suspended users and read-only viewers do not.
